ELECTIONS – Tour - Sri D. Chiranjivi, Project Manager (I.T), General Administration (Elections) Department to go to New Delhi– Permission –Accorded – Orders – Issued
1.Permission is hereby accorded to Sri D. Chiranjivi, Project Manager (I.T), General Administration Department to proceed on tour to New Delhi on 21.12.2014 by flight to discuss the issues of Aadhaar Integration with the EPIC, Index cards and Utilization Certificates of SVEEP and Cascade Training with the officials in Election Commission of India and return back to Head Quarters by air. He is entitled to draw T.A and D.A as per ruled in force.
2. The expenditure shall be debited to “2015 Elections – M.H.103 Preparation and Printing of Electoral Rolls – SH(04) Assembly and Parliamentary Constituencies – 110 Domestic Travel Expenses – 111 Traveling Allowance”.
3. The above officer is requested to settle the claim by submitting a detailed T.A. Bill within the prescribed time limit.
4. The General Administration (Claims.C) Department is requested to draw and disburse the amount to Sri D. Chiranjivi, Project Manager (I.T), General Administration (Elections.C) Department.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules in force.
