Order:
1.In the reference read above, the General Administration (Cabinet)
Department has stated that the Legislative Assembly/Council will intimate
separately the dates on which discussion on Governor’s Address will take
place. During the discussion on the Governor’s address, it is expected that the
Members of Legislative Assembly/Council offer criticism, may raise certain
important points and it may be necessary to prepare a consolidated note
answering each point raised in the Assembly/Council during the discussion
and circulate the same to Chief Minister for making use of it in his reply to the
discussion.
2. The General Administration (Cabinet) Department has therefore
requested to depute as usual, an Assistant Secretary to Government from this
Department to the Legislative Assembly / Legislative Council separately to note
down the points relating to this Department during the discussion and prepare
a note on the points raised and circulate the same to Principal Secretary to
Chief Minister. The material should be submitted to the Principal Secretary to
Chief Minister in one consolidated form in respect of each Department.
3. Accordingly, Finance Department hereby depute Sri R. Ravi, Assistant
Secretary to Government, Finance Department for Telangana Legislative
Assembly and Sri J. Vedavyasa Rao, Assistant Secretary to Government,
Finance Department for Telangana Legislative Council for the above work.
